Noor Azhari designs women's ready-to-wear and occasion pieces defined by timeless elegance, refined craftsmanship and modern femininity. We deliver to clients across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Egypt and North America.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the basis on which you may browse noorazhari.com (the "Site") and purchase from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This Site is operated by Noor Azhari ("Noor Azhari", "we", "us", "our"), by accessing the Site or placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement with us and accept these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Exchange & Return Policy and Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you are using the Site with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and not to breach any law applicable in your jurisdiction. Any such breach entitles us to suspend or terminate your access immediately.

2. The Site and Our Content

All content on the Site  including collection imagery, campaign photography, product descriptions, editorial copy, design elements, logos and the Noor Azhari name  is owned by or licensed to Noor Azhari and protected by intellectual property law.

You may view, share and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

3. Products, Colours and Availability

Our pieces are produced in limited quantities and certain styles are available exclusively online.

We photograph every garment with care, but colours, textures and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. We cannot guarantee that your display reproduces a colour accurately.

Product descriptions, measurements and sizing guidance are provided in good faith and are approximate. Where a piece is made to order or subject to atelier lead times, this is indicated on the product page.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify or discontinue any product, and to restrict sales to any person, region or jurisdiction, at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Currency

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and may be converted to your local currency at checkout using prevailing exchange rates. The rate applied by your bank or card issuer may differ.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Shipping is complimentary on online orders. Prices exclude import duties, customs charges and local taxes, which are payable by the customer as set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we issue a confirmation of dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order  including orders placed by the same customer or account, orders that appear to be placed for resale, and orders flagged by our fraud or address-verification checks. Where an order is cancelled, we will notify you using the contact details provided and refund any amount charged.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase and account information, including a valid billing address, delivery address and contact number, and to keep this information updated.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers; card details are transmitted in encrypted form and are not stored by Noor Azhari.

Your card is charged at the time your order is placed. If payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that sufficient funds are available.

7. Shipping, Delivery and Customs

Delivery timelines and shipping methods are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery windows are indicative and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

We ship on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. For all deliveries, including to Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Egypt, the United States and Canada, the recipient is the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are payable by the customer directly to the carrier or customs authority. Any duty estimate displayed at checkout is for guidance only; we have no control over the final amount assessed.

Refused or unclaimed shipments that are returned to us may be refunded net of shipping and clearance costs incurred.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

8. Exchanges and Returns

All sales are final. Because every order is confirmed directly with the client including sizing, design details and preferences before it is prepared, purchases are not eligible for exchange, return or refund once completed.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team and we will gladly assist you. Full details are set out in our Exchange & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits your rights in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, or any right of cancellation or return granted to you by applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Communications

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive transactional communications from us relating to your order — including confirmations, dispatch notices and delivery updates — by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Where you contact us through WhatsApp or social media, part of the interaction may be handled by automated replies. For anything requiring a human decision order changes, cancellations, returns — our client care team will respond directly.

Marketing communications are sent only with your consent and you may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Your Submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, photographs, styling suggestions or other material ("Submissions"), you grant Noor Azhari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt and publish that material across our website, marketing channels and social media, with attribution where appropriate.

You are solely responsible for your Submissions and confirm that they are your own, do not infringe any third party's rights, and are not unlawful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. We may edit or remove any Submission at our discretion, but assume no obligation to monitor content.

11. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the restrictions above, you may not use the Site to: engage in any unlawful activity; harass, abuse or discriminate against any person or group; submit false or misleading information; upload viruses or malicious code; scrape, harvest or extract data; interfere with or circumvent security features; or use the Site or its content for any purpose other than that for which it is provided.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation.

12. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site may provide access to third-party tools and services over which we exercise no control. These are made available "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, and your use of them is entirely at your own risk. You should review the terms of the relevant provider.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not review, endorse or accept responsibility for third-party content, products or services. Complaints, claims and questions regarding third-party products must be directed to that third party.

13. Accuracy of Information

Information published on the Site is provided for general reference. While we take care to keep it accurate, material may become outdated and we are under no obligation to update it. Any reliance on Site content is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions including those relating to pricing, availability, descriptions and delivery times and to cancel or amend affected orders, at any time and without prior notice.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noor Azhari, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased through it.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noor Azhari and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and partners from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, customs delays, carrier disruption, banking restrictions or failures of telecommunications and payment infrastructure.

18. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it and the rights available to you.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from a purchase made through the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the courts of Ontario shall have jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy available to you under Ontario consumer protection legislation, which applies to consumer transactions where either party is located in Ontario and cannot be waived or contracted out of.

Where you purchase from outside Canada, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection provisions in force in your country of residence.

20. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

Waiver. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of business.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noor Azhari and supersede any prior understanding, whether oral or written.

Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

21. Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use the Site. We may terminate at any time where we believe you have breached these Terms.

Termination does not affect any obligation incurred prior to the date of termination.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. Changes take effect on publication, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
