No Exchange & No Return Policy
At Noor Azhari, all purchases are considered final. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds across any of our sales channels.
We kindly invite you to carefully review all product details, sizing, and order information before completing your purchase.
Online Orders
All orders placed on noorazhari.com are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it is not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.
In the rare case that you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery at noorazhari@gmail.com,
including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and issue
Our team will review your request and provide further assistance if applicable.
In-Boutique Purchases
All purchases made in our showroom or through in-person consultation are final.
We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items purchased in-boutique.
We encourage all clients to carefully inspect items and confirm their selection with our Fashion Advisors prior to completing the purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, exceptions may be considered only in the case of:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or purchase, along with proof of issue. Any requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
All claims are subject to review and approval at Noor Azhari’s sole discretion.
