This policy explains what we collect when you visit or buy from noorazhari.com, how we use it, and what rights you have.
Noor Azhari is responsible for your personal information.
What We Collect
You give us your name, delivery and billing addresses, email, phone number and payment details when you order. Some destinations require a national ID or tax number for customs; we ask for it at checkout if so. Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp are kept with your contact details. Subscribing records your email and consent.
We collect automatically a technical record of your visit network address, browser, operating system, approximate location, what referred you, and which pages and pieces you view. This comes from cookies, server logs and tracking pixels.
Cookies are either strictly necessary (without them checkout cannot complete) or optional (preferences, analytics, advertising). Optional cookies can be declined or withdrawn at any time through our cookie settings.
Advertising and Analytics
Meta Pixel. We run the Meta Pixel on this Site. It records actions you take pages viewed, items added to basket, purchases completed and sends them to Meta Platforms, Inc. We use this to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to reach people who have visited the Site or resemble our customers. Meta may match this activity to your account. You can manage it through your Ad Preferences and Off-Facebook Activity settings.
Google Analytics. Used to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google may process this outside your country; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
How We Use It
To fulfil and deliver your order, including customs paperwork and order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp. To answer your questions and advise on sizing. To screen orders for fraud. To send marketing, where you have consented. To measure Site and campaign performance. To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
Our lawful bases are: performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests, and legal obligation.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it where required by law or to defend legal claims.
We operate from Canada and ship worldwide, so your information may be processed outside your country including in Canada, the United States and Lebanon. We use contractual safeguards with our providers to keep it protected.
Retention and Security
Order and transaction records are kept for six years, in line with Canadian tax requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Traffic to the Site is encrypted. Card details are handled entirely by our PCI-certified payment provider — full card numbers never reach our systems. No system is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your Rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time.
These rights come from the law where you live PIPEDA if you are in Canada, the Personal Data Protection Law in Saudi Arabia, the GDPR in the EU or UK. You may also complain to your local regulator; in Canada this is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Other
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We do not currently alter data collection in response to Do Not Track signals.
We may update this policy; the revised version applies once published, and the date above will show when.
